Education and career
- Admitted as a European Patent Attorney and to the bar of German Patent Attorney in 2022.
- Dr. Heidemann works with the Chemistry team in the firm’s office in Hamburg. His work focuses on patent law in the fields of chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry, including prosecution, opposition and opposition appeal proceedings. He is also involved in various areas of trademark law.
- In 2018, Dr. Heidemann joined Uexküll & Stollberg as a trainee. Before, he studied Molecular Life Science at the University of Lübeck and at the University of Toronto, Canada, and received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Hamburg for his research at the Leibniz Institute of Virology, Hamburg in the field of mass spectrometry. He is a former scholar of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
