Admitted to the bar of German Patent Attorneys in 2021
Dr. Lindenmaier works for the Chemistry Practice Group in our Munich office. His practice focuses on German and international patent prosecution, oppositions and patent revocation proceedings as well as the preparation of legal opinions concerning the validity and infringement of patents in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy and life sciences.
Dr. Lindenmaier studied chemistry with a focus on bioorganic and organometallic chemistry at the University of Hamburg and received his PhD in the field of bioinorganic chemistry and catalysis from the Technical University of Berlin within the research excellence cluster UniCat. He then began his patent attorney training at Uexküll & Stolberg in Hamburg and a further leading law firm in Munich. Since 2021, Dr. Lindenmaier has been working as a patent attorney for Uexküll & Stolberg in the firm’s Munich office.
