Dr. Heidemann studied Molecular Life Science at the University of Lübeck and the University of Toronto, Canada, and received a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Hamburg for his research at the Heinrich-Pette-Institute, Hamburg, in the field of mass spectrometry. He is a former scholar of the “German Academic Scholarship Foundation”.
In 2018, Dr. Heidemann joined Uexküll & Stolberg as a patent attorney trainee. His training focuses on patent law in chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry, including prosecution and opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office, as well as trademark law.
